John Letters understand that long irons are the hardest clubs to use. Which is why the 3 and 4 irons in the T9 set have been replaced with two easy-to-hit hybrid utility clubs.
Each of the T9 hybrid utility clubs features a lightweight composite crown, which lowers the centre of gravity making it easier to get the ball in the air from virtually any lie.
Forged from 455 Carpenter Steel, each hybrid club gives more forgiveness and power compared to traditional long irons. A low and deep centre of gravity also gives a high MOI (Moment Of Inertia) for greater accuracy on off centre strikes.
Each of these superb T9 hybrid utility clubs, comes fitted with an ultra high quality Acerlite Graffalloy graphite shaft. This high performance shaft gives extra clubhead speed for more distance and a higher ball flight.
John Letters T9 Cavity Back 5-SW Irons:-
The T9 irons complement the T9 hybrids and have a beautiful, clean traditional look, whilst still being packed full of technology for increased performance.
Crafted from top quality Stainless Steel and featuring a deep undercut design to the back of the club head. This moves weight away from the clubface to give a higher MOI (Moment Of Inertia) for less club head twisting on off centre shots and more accuracy. A wide sole design allows the clubhead to slide through even the toughest of lies, giving majestic performance any where on the course.
Each of the T9 irons come fitted with ultra high quality True Temper Dynamic Gold steel shafts. This shaft is one of the most famous used in golf and is known for it's superb control, consistency and feel.
Each club in the T9 hybrid set, comes fitted as standard with Lamkin Crossline midsize grips. This well known luxury grip performs beautifully in all conditions, for the very best in feel and control. Matching John Letters T9 headcovers are provided free of charge for each hybrid club.
